Want to optimize for a healthier life? Of course you do; that’s a rhetorical question. Who says they don’t want more energy, feel more fulfilled, or have more mental clarity? 

We all want that, so we try to get better sleep. We go on diets; sometimes, it is a fad, but we do this because we want to feel better. We work out, go to the gym, do yoga, stretch, and do HIT exercises that are taking over the mainstream. 

Then, you look at the supplement industry with the many different supplements sold across the spectrum. We’re all mindful that we want to feel better and be better because, without energy, life is just not as much fun.

However, what often ends up happening is we get back to our baseline, our usual routine. We go to that happy hour because it relieves stress. We love it! We go to that new restaurant because if you can’t enjoy a nice meal and cuisine, then what’s the point anyway? 

We also run to our favorite sweets and get those sugar cravings just to satisfy that dopamine hit we need. We also rush to Instagram and social media to get that constant dopamine hit.

Any one of these topics can go a mile deep. But some of the basic things that we could do that everyone can do is to get plenty of water. Today, I’m here to talk about hydrogen water.

About a year ago, I started experimenting with molecular hydrogen tablets you put into your water. I’ve realized that drinking molecular hydrogen water helps with my energy production (there are magnesium properties in the water as well). 

Now, to start, I’m not a doctor. I’m not someone who’s promoting medical advice; seek a medical professional for all your needs regarding healthcare, nutrition, etc. With that said, you should test because you are your best doctor. And if you ask your doctor, I’m sure he will agree and tell you you’re your best doctor. 

Only you know how you feel and genuinely react to specific medications, particular foods, and specific activities. So you should be your best experimenter. Experiment with different faiths, experiment with other social groups, and obviously, experiment with the water you drink.

To begin with, everyone should have some form of filtered water. If you’re doing tap water daily, you’re creating issues that will persist. No matter what you do with your diet. Tap water has clearly defined elements; with heavy metals and fluoride in the water, you shouldn’t be drinking it. 

At the very least, invest in a low-cost water filtration system to remove those chemicals. To level that up, we also want to look into enhancing the water. This is where hydrogen water comes in. Here are some personal anecdotal observations from me. 

Once I drink molecular hydrogen water, I feel a sense of clarity; even my breath seems more effortless, and then there is a slight uptick in alertness. Now, those are my observations because I experienced, or rather, I experimented with regular filtered water, and then I experimented with molecular hydrogen water, And I saw the clear differences. 

When I experiment, especially with water, I do it after resting fast. This means I wake up on an empty stomach, and the first thing I do is brush my teeth and floss, and then I go and have water. 

I’ve graduated from different kinds of water that I drink. I’ve experimented with lemon water. For some, it is good, but for others, it is too acidic. Again, listen to your body because only you know what’s best for you, as you are constantly testing. 

I’ve looked into ginger water, which is excellent for immunity. And finally, out of all the different types of water. My favorite and most recent one is molecular hydrogen, which I’ve been using for the past year.

  • Administration: Hydrogen water can be produced using hydrogen-generating tablets, hydrogen-generating machines, or hydrogen-rich water products. It can also be produced by dissolving molecular hydrogen gas directly into water.
  • Safety: Molecular hydrogen is generally considered safe for consumption. It is non-toxic and does not have known adverse effects at normal therapeutic levels. However, as with any health supplement, it’s essential to use hydrogen water responsibly and be aware of individual sensitivities or contraindications.
